Before branching out to independently help organizations in 2004, Marshall led consultancy businesses for major Fortune 500 corporations.  Marshall's corporate background includes serving in the executive ranks at Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies (a life sciences and technology company).  While at HP, he held progressively higher levels of senior leadership roles that involved strategic growth initiatives. Marshall led some of HP's highest growth and most profitable businesses during his tenure. And for Agilent, Marshall’s Business Unit leadership inspired teams to re-envision professional services sales and delivery.

Marshall holds BS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering and an MBA in Marketing. Marshall is also a Professional Certified Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation.
